Allah Ta'ala told us that we were dead then he made us alive (Albaquarah,28)

Question

The doctors say the sperm has little living things from which we are made. 1)Is it kufr to say what the doctors say without understanding the aayah? 2)If it wasn't could you tell me why, please. 3)could you explain the matter please

Answer

Sperms have a potential of life for a human being who was non-existent.

And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.
