Can woman offer pray in short sleeves although using chadar (shawl) to cover her arms over the clothes.

Question

Some times, womens wear short sleeves due to hot weather in home, but when time comes for prayer use some kind of chadar (shawl) to cover head and arms, is that okey... or sleeves has to be long enough.

Answer

The use of the chadar to cover the hands in the entire Salaat will suffice. If the chadar moves out and the hands are uncovered, then it will be Makrooh.
