Is marriage permissible between a girl and her step-father's brother?

Question

I have a friend whose mother is married to a man who is not her real father. She wants to marry the husband's brother is the acceptable even if the mother is still married to the man?

Answer

It is permissible for the girl to marry her mother?s brother-in-law.
