Could u please quote the hadith that you are referring to word for word and provide the reference for it? Jazakallah.

Answer

Rasulullah [Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] cursed a woman who plucks the hair of the face.

This according to the Ulama refers to the plucking of the eyebrows. (see Mishkaat pg.381 under the chapter of ?combing the hair?)
