boy and girl have seen eachother nude and sucked without nikkah ; can they marry

Question

I know a girl and aboy , they are in love since last 3 years ; they have kissed several times and sucked also and they have seen eachother nude ! they are so guilty about it ! Plz suggest what should be done now ; can they marry , they hav't done sex! Q2) If 2 people have a secret nikkah ; but after sometimes they do it officially , is it allowed to do so ! It is very important , plz reply soonnnn

Answer

They may marry, but before Nikah they should do the following actions:

1. They should seek forgiveness of Allah.

2. They should consult their parents and also make Istikhaara.
