How to offer qada salaat (Namaz), can we recite Subhan Rabbiyal Azim in ruku for single time instead of 3 times and same in Sajdah? Or is it supposed to be offer the way we offer our normal salaat.

To recite the Tasbeeh in Ruku and Sajdah is Sunnah. If a person recites the Tasbeeh once, the Salaat will be valid.

However, it is advised to follow the Sunnah method in the Qadhaa Salaat as well.
