I am always confused to know about the existence of soul, can you tell me in which part of Al Quran, this matter has been discusses.

Answer

This matter is discussed in Surah 17 Verse 85. For more detail refer to Tafsir Uthmani, Ma'riful Quran, Anwarul Bayaan and other authentic tafsirs.
