What is the punishment for touching the Qur’an without Wudu? Does a person who reads the Qur’an in the english translation still get the same sawaab as a person who reads the Qur’an in Arabic?

Answer

One who get the punishment of perpetrating a Haram action and would deserve the wrath of Allah. While reading the English translation has its benefits, it will not be equal to reading the Arabic text.
