What can one do to get up for fajr?

Question

I have this problem of oversleeping even if my alarm clock goes on. Somehow it still goes off and I cant remember sometimes how this happens. Is there duaa one can read to get up even if he/she is tired?

Answer

1. We sugest, the husband and the wife sprinkle water on the face of their
sleeping partner.
2. We also suggest you request at least three of your friends to phone you
for Fajr salah.
