What to do when we have started intercourse and Adhan has started either on the computer or in real.

Answer

Continue and upon termination, respond to the call of the Adhaan by attending the Jamaat in the Musjid if possible.

If the Adhaan is on the radio or any other mechanical device, switch it off as a form of respect for the words of Allah.
