if a muslim does'nt pray 5 times a day does he/ she become kaffir? does the nikkah break?

Answer

A Muslim will become a Kaafir if he denies Salaat being necessary. If a person believes in Salaat, but does not perform Salaat, he will not become a Kaafir.
