It's neccessary to do Intercourse on the first wedding Night ? If Yes, why and wht is the reason ? To do Intercourse wid her i have to put my all Sperms on her ? Then i will get a baby in this world ?

No, it is not necessary.

Having a baby is not based on one?s actions of intimacy. It is the sole will of Allah.
