Is there any specific duas or Kitaab that i can buy for duas to read onpregnancy or wot must or musnt be done when pregnant?

1. Contact Madrasah Arabia Islamia in Azaadville for a list of kitaabs on%0D%0Athis subject.%0D%0A2. If possible, recite Surah Maryam daily. Also continue making Du'aa after%0D%0Aevery Fardh Salaat. Beg Allah to assist you and bless you with a pious,%0D%0Anormal and healthy child. Recite the following du'aa in abundance, 'Rabbanaa%0D%0Ahab lanaa min azwaajinaa wa dhurriyyaatinaa qurrata a'ayun'.%0D%0A3. Avoid stress and anything that would bring about anxiety.%0D%0A4. Try to be cheerful at all times.%0D%0A5. Maintain a life of Allah-consciousness.%0D%0A6. Maintain a healthy and well-balanced diet that includes a lot of green%0D%0Avegetables and milk.%0D%0A7. Get plenty of rest and avoid lifting up heavy objects.%0D%0A8. Try to look at things pleasing to the eye - like a beautiful scenery, for%0D%0Aexample.%0D%0A9. Avoid sinning as this also affects the spiritual nature of the child.%0D%0A10.
