Dua for a Business related issue!

Question

My husband and I own a company. About a year ago one of our employees lied he got injured at our company. He said he injured his back from falling down at our store. He went on to sue our company, we have been dealing with his and ours lawyers but no decision has been made yet. Can you please tell me what Dua to make, what do you suggest we do for this problem? Thank you very much for you help.
