Q: I want to ask that the use of Emotions i.e. smiles in chat or email comes under drawing pictures?

Question

Detail:- for example " :) , ;-) ?etc. (keeping in mind that in messenger a smiley face appears which has visible eyes and moth etc)

Answer

The use of emotional signs, for example, smile, sad, etc. in a cellphone falls in the category of animate pictures.

It is prohibited to make use of such emotional signs in a cellphone.
