After intercourse, we completed the mandatory shower, when about to pray, she noticed that some semen came out of her. Does she need to redo just the wudu, or the Ghusl as well?

Answer

Before taking the mandatory shower, if she did not sleep or use the bathroom then she must do Ghusl again. However, if the semen came out after sleeping or using the bathroom, there is no need to redo the shower. (Fataawa Hindiyyah vol.1 pg.20)
