It is proper for A Mosque to be finance by a none Muslim State? If not it still ok to perform Prayers there?

Answer

Yes, a Musjid may be financed by a non-muslim state provided the state douse not wish to impose its authority or will against the administration of the Musjid. It is perfectly permissible to perform Salaah in a Musjid financed by non-muslims
