What does Quran say about women in Politics as well as women being weaker than men in some instances.

Question

Although, men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah S.W.T., two wome's shahadah is equal to one woman's. What is the reason for that. Many women ask this in response to da-wah and about the equality of men and women. also why was man given the right to give talaaq three times but why was woman not accorded the same. I would like to convince these women that Islam is undoubtedly the best guide for our everday lives. Jakallah Khair
