is it allowed to use creams,lotion,soap,toothpaste etc containing haram ingredients?

Question

How can we know whether any cream,lotion,soap,etc contains haram ingredients?they dont have it written on it.is it haram if we use these things?Is it ok to use jhonson products for children?
