Is it permissable for women to wear sexy lingerie for their husbands ? and in hot climates just wear lingerie under burkha ?

Answer

It is permissible for a female to wear such clothing only for and only in front of her husband.

It is also important to take into cognisance the following Hadith of Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] that modesty is a branch of Imaan.
