Is my nikkah valid without my parent's permission?
Question
Infact I was in love with girl I tried my best to make my parents agree for marriage with her but just due to this reason that the girl is out of family and she is not our cast fellow they didn't agree but now I have got nikkah (just nikkah not rukhsti) with her, in presence of girl's family because I know after rukhsti with her patience good nature and behaviour she will win their hearts inshaallah.But someone has said to me that, this nikkah is not valid please guide me soon.Jazakallahu Khairun

You are an adult in Islam. In principle, if an adult male or female conducts his/her Nikah without the consent of the parents, the Nikah will be valid on condition it was witnessed by two adult Muslim males or Muslim male and two Muslim females.
