Is it necessary for a school going student to pray salaat without covering full hands from elbow even if she couldn't carry the scarf that could cover the hands from elbow?

Answer

It is necessary for a female to cover all those parts of the body which is necessary to cover as part of the Satr, which include the hands upto and including the wrist. (Shaami vol.1 pg.404; HM Saeed)
