Is it appropriate to name a female Zahraa Tabassum Ali and male to Muhammad Zubair Ali? If yes, can you please tell me the exact Arabic spelling of these two names..

Yes these are appropiate names.

Zahraa is with a Zaa (the letter after raa) with an alif followed by a hamza
at the end.

Tabassum is with a taa, followed by a baa, then seen, then meem.

Ali is with an Ain, then laam, then yaa

Zubair is with a Zaa, then baa (with fatha on it), then yaa, then raa
