If a person can afford, which one should he do first - hajj or 4 months khurooj??

Answer

If a person has the financial means to perform his Fardh Hajj, then it is compulsory for him to perform Hajj. It is not permissible for him to delay his Fardh Hajj and go in khurooj.

If the person performed his Fardh Hajj, then he has an option. He may perform Nafl Hajj or go in khurooj. He may also do Hajj and khurooj together.
