I am looking for a saying in Islam that is similar to the Judeo-Christian "Golden Rule" of "Treat others as you would like to be treated."

Answer

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'You are not a believer until
you love for your brother what you love for yourself.' (Mishkaat)
