What happens to a persons soul if he drowns in the ocean?The person that drowned is a 10 year old non-baligh non-muslim.

Answer

There is a difference of opinion in the non-baligh non-Muslim child.

The preferred opinion is that since he was not baaligh, he will enter Jannat even though he is a non-Muslim. However, this is all with the Will of Allah Ta'ala.
